Traveling eastward, you will discover charming fishing villages like Djupivogur, see puffin colonies at Borgarfjordur Eystri, and relax in the geothermal waters of Vok Baths. The tour also includes the striking basalt columns of Studlagil Canyon, the raw power of Dettifoss waterfall, the bubbling geothermal area of Namaskard, the mystical lava fields of Dimmuborgir, the unique pseudocraters of Skutustadagigar, and the beautiful Godafoss waterfall before reaching Akureyri.
From Akureyri, you will enjoy a whale watching tour, explore historic sites such as the Glaumbaer turf farm, and visit unique natural landmarks including Borgarvirki volcanic plug, the sea stack of Hvitserkur, and Kolugljufur canyon.
