Academically, I am trained as a biologist, but in life, I wear many hats—as a wine producer, writer, food expert, and cultural traditionalist. With over five years of hands-on experience in wine production, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for the craft. My greatest joy lies in Portugal and its remarkable wines.
