This 16-session sewing course takes place on Wednesday evenings with 2-hour sessions, designed to teach basic sewing skills in a structured way. Participants will learn essential sewing techniques through hands-on practice by making samples, covering topics such as seams, hemming, darts, pockets, zippers, sleeves, collars, plackets, pleats, flys, and bias binding. The course is divided into two programs: Course 1 runs from January 12 to February 23, and Course 2 runs from March 2 to April 20. Purchasing both courses as a bundle gives a 10% discount. Guidance is provided by sewing experts Michelle and Ines, and all lessons include step-by-step instruction for practical learning.
Participants receive professional guidance, access to all necessary tools and machines, an instructional e-book with patterns, and materials like fabric, zippers, and interfacing. Tea and cookies are provided during workshops. Attendees are expected to pay for the complete workshop upon booking and can catch up on missed lessons if they cancel at least one day in advance. This course is suitable for complete beginners who want a comprehensive introduction to sewing with structured learning and expert support.
