Join us for a true mountain adventure as we take on a 14km hike with 900m of ascent to the summit of Snowdon, one of the UK’s most iconic peaks. This professionally guided experience is suitable for everyone—from adventurous novices to seasoned hikers—and follows a lesser-known route that winds through quiet farmland, ancient mountain trails, and along dramatic ridgelines. Unlike the often-crowded main paths, our chosen ascent offers a sense of peaceful isolation and unspoiled natural beauty, culminating in a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view from the summit, weather permitting.
Descending ‘off-piste’ along the escarpment edge, you'll enjoy sweeping views over the valley and across to the historic slate town of Llanberis. Your guide, a fully qualified mountain leader with deep knowledge of Snowdon and the wider Snowdonia region, will enrich the journey with fascinating commentary and a few entertaining tales. While a café operates near the summit from May to September, it is often closed due to weather, so we strongly recommend bringing a packed lunch and a warm drink to fuel your climb and enjoy along the way.
