The journey also includes stops in Medias and Sibiu, both rich in history and architectural beauty, with Sibiu once holding the title of European Capital of Culture. On the final day, you will explore Sibiu’s historic center before returning to Bucharest, stopping at Cozia Monastery, a remarkable monument of medieval art. During the summer, the route may include the breathtaking Transfagarasan Road and a visit to Poenari Citadel, the real fortress of Vlad the Impaler.
