Please arrive 5 minutes early at Dock Herengracht 124–128, in front of the SPACES building. No need to ring any bells — just wait by the canal, and the Jonckvrouw or James Bond will pick you up. As we run on a tight schedule, punctuality is important.
All children, including infants, must have a ticket, as the boat’s maximum capacity is 12 passengers.
Guests with accessibility needs should inform us in advance so we can assist where possible.
Small pets are welcome on private cruises with prior notice.
Our boats are comfortable for most guests, but toilet facilities are limited. If you have medical conditions or specific comfort needs, please check with us beforehand to ensure this tour is suitable for you.
